The name of this organization is the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP).  Don't let the "Professionals" part scare you away.  NAPP is a place where you can learn how to use Photoshop and Photoshop Elements with over 800 video and text tutorials with four new ones added every week.  With membership you get all this education and their monthly magazine, "Photoshop User," full of photography tips, reviews and more step-by-step tutorials.  NAPP members also enjoy discounts on camera equipment, software, Photoshop conferences and other services like car rentals and hotel rooms.  The training is great.  The instructors are long-time pros who really know how to teach.  They are all leaders in their fields.  NAPP is an incredible value at $100 a year!

So, why am I suggesting that you join NAPP?  I think that if you take pictures this is a great way to get better at it.  You will learn to use Photoshop as an artistic tool as well as a tool to correct images that might not live up to your standards.  I think you will enjoy the benefits of being a NAPP member as much as I do.
